Revised Westbound Diversion Charges

Dear Valued Customer:

Westwood is providing advance notification of an increase to the diversion charges applicable to all Westbound cargos from North America.

The changes apply to all shipments moving under Service Contracts, Freight Agreements, or Tariff rates, and are based on the date of diversion request:

Diversion Charges Expiring June 30, 2022:

Cost per B/L: US$200.00 (Plus any actual costs incurred)

Diversion Charges Effective July 1, 2022:

Timing Requirement: Minimum 72 hours prior to arrival at discharge port
Cost per B/L: US$460.00 (Plus any actual costs incurred)
Cost per Container after 72 hours: US$125 OR US$460 (whichever is greater, plus any actual costs incurred)
Cost per W/M: US$10.50 (Plus any actual costs incurred)
